I never knew this existed until I saw this on Amazon and read the reviews.
I bought it because we all love tacos fixed like this. My chuck roast was only 1.5lbs so I cut the bomb in half. This is soft, but solid so it was easy to cut. I put my chuck in the crockpot with the half ball, some beef broth, and set the cook on high.
In 6 hours the house smelled great and we were drooling.
I shredded the beef, strained the broth, and added the beef back. I put the corn tortillas on the grill, added jack cheese to melt. Then I added the shredded beef, diced yellow onion, cilantro, folded the taco and let it get crispy on each side. I served them with a side of the juice, lime, sour cream (for those who wanted it) and Mexican rice.
Absolutely delicious. I’m going to keep this on hand and buy the other flavors as well.
This is a great purchase. Easy to use, with good instructions, came packed nicely and the two bombs were undamaged.
