Shipping:

1. Shipping Day: All pre-orders will be shipped out on the following Wednesday after the order deadline. We aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

2. Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time depends on your chosen shipping method:

   • Economy Shipping: Customers can expect to receive their package within 5-8 business days from the shipping date.
   • Standard Shipping: Customers who opt for expedited shipping can anticipate delivery within 3-5 business days from the shipping date.

Notes:

• Orders placed during holidays or peak periods may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience during these times.
• We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

• Should you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations can only be accommodated before the processing begins.

Refunds and Returns:
