Birria Littles - Cooking Instructions

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb Beef Chuck Roast plus 2 cups water per 1 Spice Orb

Instructions:

Sear Meat, then combine all ingredients using you cooking method of choice:

  • Slow Cooker: set to high for 6 hours, or low for 8 hours
  • Pressure Cooker: set timer for 1 hour 45 minutes
  • Stove Top: cook on medium flame for 3 hours, until meat falls apart

Serve with lime, diced onions, and fresh tortillas.

Know Your Birria:

For the best results, cook for a long period of time. Your water may evaporate. Add additional water as needed. Keep your protein covered in water. Premium birria flavors if unlocked when the fat is fully rendered.

Know Your Consome:
Make your birria to your liking. Once meat is falling apart and the fat is fully rendered, add water as necessary to create a delicious consome for tacos or to create a perfect stew.
